Tenant Screening

The InTown Property Management team utilizes a thorough screening process to ensure that your property is filled quickly, at the best possible price, with the most qualified candidates. We require all applicants to submit a detailed rental history, as well as a credit and criminal background check. We also verify employment history and income. By taking the time to screen tenants carefully, we minimize the risk of property damage and late rent payments.

Rent Disbursement

We understand that getting your rent payments on time is important, so we offer a variety of payment options to suit your needs. We can direct deposit your rent payments into your account or send you a check by mail.
