InTown Property Management is a property management agency serving property owners, landlords, and investors throughout Southwest Idaho. We specialize in providing professional single-family unit rental services and specifically tailor our management services to each individual property. In order to be included in our portfolio of registered properties, every home is required to meet state home safety standards. Our commitment to safety and security is just one way we provide peace of mind to landlords and tenants alike.

InTown Property Management was founded by one person with experience within the real estate industry and with over a decade of experience managing single-family residences. Being property owners ourselves and experiencing first-hand the cost of inadequate property management, we set out to provide a better solution. We are well-informed on all current Idaho legislation affecting the property management industry, and maintain active memberships in all relevant professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors.

InTown Property Management serves the cities of Nampa, Meridian, Boise, Caldwell, Kuna, Middleton, Star, Eagle, Garden City, Marsing, Homedale, Emmet, and Mountain Home.

With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, Noemi Brady Gomez excels as a Realtor at Silvercreek Realty Group in Meridian and as the CEO of InTown Management LLC. Her comprehensive expertise is backed by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, as well as multiple industry-specific designations and certifications, including Green Specialist Designation, Fundamentals of Real Estate Finance, Residential Property Management Essentials, Property Inspection Issues, and Second Home Ownership.

Noemi is particularly adept at serving the needs of the senior market and ensuring smoother transactions through her Document Excellence certification. Her active involvement with organizations such as Realtors.com, Idaho Realtors, Boise Regional Realtors, and the State of Idaho Real Estate Commission reflects her commitment to professional growth and community engagement.
